Breaking off Curses

In Chapter 5 of "Unlocking Destinies From the Courts of Heaven (Book 2)," Robert Henderson gives 4 steps to break curses off our lives in the Courts:

1. Repent of places you spoken critically of others without a redemptive purpose

2. Forgive those who have spoken against you

3. In the name of Jesus, break off the word curses they spoke against you

4. Declare your destiny as it is written in the books of Heaven*

After we have the accusations against us in the COH removed, we should verbally break off any curse that resulted from them. This is based on Isaiah 54:17, "'No weapon formed against you shall prosper, And every tongue which rises against you in judgment You shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, And their righteousness is from Me,' Says the LORD." We have this right due to the righteousness gifted to us by the blood of Jesus.

Robert Henderson says,

"I asked in the Courts of Heaven that every word that the accuser was using to bring a case against me would be annulled. I asked that these words would be stricken from the records of the Court because they are not in agreement with God’s heart toward me." "Condemn is the Hebrew word rasha, and it means to do or declare wrong. It also means to disturb or violate. When we declare the judgments that have allowed curses to be wrong, we violate and interrupt them from operating. Our righteous position in the Courts of Heaven and our heritage or birthright as His servants gives us the necessary place to dissolve the judgments that are allowing curses. We should continue to speak and remove these spiritual forces until they are completely annulled. *Reading from Your Book of Destiny

In the Courts, we should declare our destiny according to what's written in the books of Heaven about us. You can make prophetic declarations regarding what's written in your books, putting into remembrance and contending for the spiritual rights you were created for.

In the Toolkit, the COH Long Version provides questions you can muscle test to see if you have possession of your book in Heaven, where your destiny is written. If not, find and release the underlying reasons you don't have until you are able to receive it. You can then test to find out what your book says about your specific case, or your destiny in general. The destiny God plans for you is always good. (Remember, muscle testing can be subtly influenced by biases, so don't make any major decisions based off your findings).
